Abstract
Adult Wilms tumour, unlike that seen in childhood, is a rare disease. We are reporting two cases of which one is alive with no evidence of disease at the 52nd month of follow-up and the other had no evidence of disease at the 10th month after which she was lost to follow-up. The literature has been reviewed and the prognosis and treatment alternatives have been surveyed.Entities:
