Abstract
Sustained dystonia has seldom been reported during the course of multiple sclerosis (MS) [5-8, 10], and has been described as the first manifestation of the disease in only three cases [1,3]. We describe a patient with a diagnosis of laboratory-supported, defined MS in which sustained dystonia was the only neurological symptom.Entities:
