Abstract
Since the identification of the v-maf oncogene in an avian tumor virus, the Maf protein family has grown rapidly, forming a unique subclass of basic-leucine zipper transcription (bZIP) factors. Maf family members appear to play important roles in the regulation of differentiation.Entities:
