Abstract
Excellent photographs of corneal endothelial cells may be obtained during clinical examinations with the specular microscope. Endothelial photographs are extremely useful in documenting the corneal effects of ocular trauma, aging, inflammation, and surgery. An objective appraisal of various ocular surgical techniques and their effect on the corneal endothelium is possible. This new photographic technique provides information that can improve both the diagnosis and the therapy of corneal diseases.Entities:
