Abstract
A fifty-six year old female is presented with significant stenosis of both the celiac and superior mesenteric arteries at their origin. A simplified method of revascularizing both vessels utilizing a single length of saphenous vein with two anastomoses is described. Also, the rationale for revascularizing all significantly involved vessels is discussed.Mesh:
