[Chromatin activation at early stages of PHA-stimulation of lymphocytes (cytofluorometric study)].

The activation of lymphocyte DNP-complex in peripheral blood of people 19-34 and 90 years was studied using the method of cytofluorometry. After stimulation with PHA, a trustworthy increase in fluorescence within a range of 530 nm was observed after 15 and 60 minutes. No significant differences were revealed in activation of the DNP -complex in the people aged 19-34 and 90.
