Abstract
Syncope is common in AL amyloid heart disease and in almost 1/3 of our patients who experienced syncope, it was precipitated by physiologic stress. Stress-precipitated syncope was associated with a poor prognosis in such patients, both in terms of their median survival of 2 months and was frequently a precursor of sudden cardiac death.Entities:
