Is double-contrast examination of the colon the only acceptable radiographic examination?

Abstract

Recent articles have espoused the sole use of the double-contrast method for radiographic examination of the colon. The author feels that a multitude of complementary techniques should be utilized. Scientific evaluation should determine which study, or studies, are employed.
