Primary subclavian vein thrombosis and bilateral chylothorax documented by lymphography and venography.

J N Diaconis, C I Weiner, D W White.

Abstract

Chylothorax secondary to trauma of the thoracic duct is uncommon. "Stress" thrombosis of the subclavian is a better recognized entity. The occurrence of both in the same patient is documented and their relationship discussed.
