Perineal median raphe cyst.

J G LeVasseur1, V E Perry.

Abstract

Median raphe cysts occur as a developmental anomaly along the midline male perineum. A perineal median raphe cyst arising in a 3-year-old boy was successfully treated with primary excision. The possible origins and histologic features are briefly reviewed.
