Abstract
A 50-year-old woman sustaining a noninvasive thymoma accompanied by hyperparathyroidism is presented. Although this is the third case report to date in the literature of the combination of these two diseases, the patient did not evidence the myasthenia gravis cited in the two previous reports. In the two years following concomitant extended thymectomy and resection of the right superior parathyroid gland, including the adenoma, the patient has been following a favorable course without recurrence.Entities:
