Abstract
We present a case of symptomatic vertebral hemangioma in a 49-year-old woman who presented with abrupt onset of left lower extremity symptoms. MR images showed an unusual spoke wheel trabeculation pattern on the axial CT and MR images. Because the entire vertebral body was involved, exclusion of malignant tumor was necessary.Entities:
