Abstract
A case of metachronous distant soft tissue metastases from a primary rib chondroblastoma, occurring in a 60-year-old man 17 years following resection of the initial lesion, is described. Metastatic chondroblastomas are very rare and almost always involve the lungs. Discussed herein are the clinical, radiologic, and pathologic findings of this unusual case with comparison of our findings to other reports of metastasizing chondroblastomas.Entities:
