Abstract
The apparent antipsychotic action of the selective 5-HT2a receptor antagonist M100907 in MK-801-treated NMRI mice was shown to be markedly counteracted by the 5-HT2a/2c receptor antagonist ritanserin. The mechanism of action and potential implications are discussed.Entities:
