Abstract
A 49-year-old woman reports marked glare symptoms while driving at night and difficulty reading fine print. Her examination, as noted in the clinical photographs (Figure 1), shows bilateral posterior polar cataracts and reduced visual function tests commensurate with her subjective complaints and ocular findings.
