Abstract
A 17-year-old girl had idiopathic long QT syndrome and suffered from recurrent syncopal spells, which were triggered by vigorous physical or emotional stress. She received left cervicothoracic sympathetic ganglionectomy with thoracoscope through an intercostal approach which worked satisfactorily.Entities:
