Abstract
A 24-year-old primigravid woman with cogenital hepatic fibrosis associated with cavernous transformation of the portal vein is described. Although the neonate could not survive because of the ileal atresia, the pregnancy and delivery did not pose a significant threat to the mother.Entities:
