Reconstruction of the localized eyebrow defect.

Abstract

A localized eyebrow defect can be reconstructed with the double-Z rhombic technique. A previously unreported characteristic of this technique is its ability to maintain relative vertical alignment of anatomic landmarks as the defect is collapsed horizontally.
