Abstract
Endopyelotomy has recently found a new place in the treatment of stenosis of the pyeloureteral junction, and it can represent a treatment of choice. We report an unusual case of antegrade ureteral intussusception after antegrade endopyelotomy in a 30 year-old young woman with a solitary kidney, which caused proximal ureteral obstruction. These intussusceptions were probably caused by double CH endoprosthesis. These iatrogenic injuries required surgical resection with calicoureterostomy.Entities:
