Abstract
A rare case of pure embryonal carcinoma of the testis in a black man in the tenth decade of life is presented, as well as a review of the literature on germ cell testicular tumors in men 60 years old or more. It is noteworthy that nearly 9 per cent of testicular tumors occur in this age group and a third of these tumors are of germ cell origin.Entities:
