Abstract
Intravesical instillation of bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccine has been shown to be an effective treatment of superficial bladder cancer. However, it is not free of side-effects and complications. We present the case of a 62-year-old man who developed disseminated pulmonary granulomas after local BCG immunotherapy for recurrent papillary bladder cancer.Entities:
