Abstract
Opportunistic infections are common in patients with AIDS. There is an increasing incidence of tuberculosis, especially extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Splenic abscesses is one such, though rare, extrapulmonary manifestation. We report such a case discuss the diagnosis and treatment in these cases.Entities:
