Abstract
Two cases of acute submucosal esophageal hemorrhage are reported. This condition is uncommon and presents an urgent diagnostic dilemma. Its presentation, diagnosis, and management are reviewed. The underlying pathology and causative factors are researched and clarified. Conservative management is safe and effective.Entities:
