Abstract
Mesenteric cysts are uncommon lesions interesting surgeons above all for frequently difficulties in the preoperatory diagnosis. The role of radiology is to demonstrate the nature of these abdominal masses, but only with surgery we can establish a definitive histologic diagnosis. The authors report a case of a lynphangioma of the transverso mesocolon, miming a pancreatic neoplasm.Entities:
