Abstract
Ca2+ plays an important role in the regulation of multiple steps that contribute to neurotransmitter secretion. Electrophysiological approaches have defined the nature of the Ca2+ signal and its sites of action, while recent biochemical, molecular, and genetic approaches have identified and characterized candidate molecular targets for Ca2+ regulation.Entities:
