Abstract
A 48-year-old woman underwent renal transplantation of an organ from a living related donor in 1978. She experienced excellent graft function for 18 years. Recent evaluation for hypertension revealed two large solid masses involving the allograft. Nephron-sparing excision of two renal cell carcinomas was performed with preservation of renal function. Genitourinary malignancies in transplant recipients and partial nephrectomy in renal allografts are reviewed.Entities:
