Abstract
Modifications of the McMaster egg counting technique are presented and discussed including the breaking up of hard faecal pellets, removal of air bubbles prior to counting, avoidance of salt spillage on the counting microscope and the use of sodium azide for preventing development of nematode eggs in field samples.Entities:
