Abstract
The FH proteins, defined by the presence of 'formin homology' regions, are important for a number of actin-dependent processes, including polarized cell growth and cytokinesis. They are large, probably multi-domain, proteins and their function may be in part mediated by an interaction with profilin.Mesh:
