Abstract
Renal involvement is common in Henoch-Schoenlein purpura (HSP) and, while ureteral obstruction has been described in patients with the disease, it is rare. We report a female with HSP who developed bilateral ureteral obstruction from peri-ureteral vasculitis and subsequent ureteral ischemia. Hydronephrosis and typical findings on contrast urography indicated the diagnosis.Entities:
