Abstract
In this report, we describe the case of a woman with normal coronary arteries who experienced a cardiac arrest during a dobutamine stress test. The patient was successfully treated with external cardiac massage. The possible mechanisms underlying this unusual life-threatening side effect of dobutamine infusion are discussed.Entities:
