Abstract
Anomalies of the intra-articular anatomy of the knee can be confusing to the unwary arthroscopist. The case that follows shows a variant of the anterior intermeniscal ligament, which was not previously appreciated by the authors yet had been previously described. Awareness of this variant will be especially pertinent in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, where its identification is more likely.Mesh:
