Abstract
Primary extraskeletal osteosarcoma of the spermatic cord is an extremely rare tumor with only two other cases being reported in the world literature. We describe a patient with this lesion who also had concomitant bilateral renal cell carcinoma. The management of this case and a review of this subject are presented.Entities:
