Abstract
We report two cases of Marfan's syndrome with coexistent obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in which treatment with nasal continuous positive airway pressure was associated with attenuation of aortic root dilatation, a serious complication of the syndrome. We speculate that coexistent OSA promotes progressive aortic dilatation in some patients with Marfan's syndrome.Entities:
