Abstract
We present a case in which interosseous wiring of the mandible resulted in an A-V fistula and an injury to the mandibular ramus of the facial nerve. These two complications can serve as a reminder to all who desire to use interosseous wiring in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Entities:
