Abstract
A case is described of severe Nocardia farcinica infection which mimicked a pulmonary neoplasm with pneumonia, superior vena cava syndrome, pericarditis, and hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. Treatment with trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole and surgery resulted in complete recovery.Entities:
