Abstract
An 8-year-old boy presented with an asymptomatic intrascrotal epidermoid cyst with extension to deeper planes. Ultrasound examination showed no involvement of the testes or spermatic cord. Complete excision of the lesion was performed transcrotally. The histological examination of the lesion showed aspects with the same characteristics of epidermoid cysts found in the external genitalia.Entities:
