Abstract
Intraluminal duodenal diverticulum-(IDD) is a rare congenital anomaly. Only 16 cases of acute pancreatitis complicating IDD have been reported in the world literature. We present one additional case discuss the pathogenesis, clinical and radiological features as well as the treatment, and review the literature.Entities:
