Abstract
Noncompliance with medication is common, particularly in asymptomatic conditions such as hypertension that require long-term treatment, and is often unsuspected. We describe two patients with refractory hypertension in whom noncompliance was confirmed by a precipitous fall in blood pressure when antihypertensive medications were given under direct supervision.Entities:
