Abstract
We describe aleukemic leukemia cutis (ALC) in a 50-year-old woman who presented with numerous skin nodular lesions and lack of peripheral blood and bone marrow involvement until late in the evolution of her disease. We emphasize the value of immunohistochemical studies to distinguish ALC from cutaneous large cell lymphoma.Entities:
