Abstract
Aortic transgraft hemorrhage is an unusual complication following thrombolytic therapy that can occur months to years after aortic surgery. It is critical to differentiate this from other potential causes of hemorrhage, such as an acute bleed from an anastomotic false aneurysm which is a surgical emergency. One such case that was managed conservatively with success is reported.Entities:
