Abstract
Five patients with active Graves disease had moderate to severe autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura at the time of diagnosis. Correction of hyperthyroidism and restitution of a euthyroid state by carbimazole therapy resulted in complete normalization of platelet counts.Entities:
