Abstract
A 20-year-old man with massive ileal enterolithiasis was investigated with plain radiography, ultrasound, computed tomography, barium follow through and double contrast barium enema. Ileocecal valve agenesis was found at surgery. The enteroliths were located in the distal ileum, which communicated with the large intestine via an ileotransverse fistula.Entities:
