Abstract
With increasing understanding of the pathophysiology of movement disorders and the refinement of stereotactic techniques, interest in and the scope of surgical techniques for the management of Parkinson's disease have recently rapidly increased. With the option of chronic stimulation or lesion-making in a variety of brain sites, surgical treatment can be increasingly tailored to a particular patient's needs.Entities:
