Abstract
We report the findings in two autopsy cases of Pick's disease with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Both presented severe cortical degeneration and subcortical gliosis of temporal lobes, as well as the neuropathological characteristics of ALS. As such cases are rare, we present the clinical and pathological findings in detail and a review the relevant literature.Entities:
