Abstract
A patient with a left coronary calcified embolus causing acute myocardial dysfunction immediately after aortic valve replacement is described. Prompt diagnosis by transesophageal echocardiogram was made, which led to removal of the embolus and a subsequent satisfactory course.Entities:
