Abstract
A rare case of bilateral, simultaneous, and spontaneous rupture of the quadriceps tendon in a previous healthy young man is presented. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) defined accurately the features of the tear showing different levels of rupture on each side. This finding was especially helpful in preoperative planning.Entities:
