Abstract
We report a 10-year-old boy who presented with a subarachnoid haemorrhage from a ruptured hypoglossal artery aneurysm. The aneurysm was clipped via a transcondylar approach. The embryology, occurrence and the surgical approach to aneurysms at this site are discussed.Entities:
