Abstract
Severe hepatic cirrhosis and failure in erythropoietic protoporphyria is rare. An 11-year-old boy is described who developed protoporphyrin hepatopathy (protoporphyrin 5.75 mg/gm liver wet weight), cirrhosis, and liver failure and died.Entities:
