Abstract
We describe three new cases of primary segmental infarction of the greater omentum in children. Distinguishing the problem from appendicitis was difficult. Ultrasonography and computed tomography may be useful in confirming the preoperative diagnosis. We discuss management and laparoscopic approach of this rare cause of recurrent abdominal pain in children.Entities:
