Abstract
The case of a 13-year-old boy with tuberous sclerosis and primitive neuroectodermal tumor of bone is presented. A pathogenetic association between these two entities is postulated, the unifying underlying mechanism being a maldevelopment of the neural crest, or neurocristopathy.Entities:
